Affordable housing is not easy to find in the capital. We are very happy here and I am pleased that it is as informal and natural here as it is where I come from.

ZS is developing a variety of districts in which the future has already been considered during the planning phase. The goal: to sustainably increase everyone’s quality of life. I know everyone here and I think I'm known all over the place. You see each other, you greet each other, you take care of each other - a really great district!
