Urbany in Berlin is the first Good Urban Village that ZS, in close collaboration with a housing company, will bring into being. Organised like a village in the city, everything that makes up healthy, happy, big-city life in a vibrant community is networked together in the mixed-use district.

The focus of the car-free district is a range of offers that can be used together to promote both the community and interactions within the community and are aimed at health and activity. The wide range of housing is aimed at all income groups and age groups for a healthy social mix.

Due to its proximity to the city centre and the comparatively modest apartment prices, the eastern part of Berlin has become more and more popular with young families, creatives and students in recent years. An urban infrastructure consisting of local supply and local transport on the doorstep is ideal for Urbany. To the north, the property borders a public park that enriches the city district.

These include, amongst others, a neighbourhood cinema, a sports ground, opportunities for urban gardening and shared roof terraces.
