Commercial Employee with a focus on Buyer Management

What to expect:

  • Control and maintenance of the CRM system
  • Handling the buyer process according to the Real Estate Agent and Property Developer Regulation (MaBV), especially regarding billing modalities
  • Conducting receivables management
  • Coordination and collaboration with the tax advisor
  • Support in liquidity planning for accounting and controlling
  • Processing, checking, and approval of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Support in monthly and annual financial statements

What you bring:

  • Commercial training and professional experience in corporate accounting
  • An affinity for working with numbers and commitment to building accounting (knowledge of DATEV is advantageous)
  • Ideally, experience with property developer software
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and contract management
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Organizational talent, numerical understanding, as well as team and communication skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
