Gewobag acquires from ZS:
1,418 apartments.

With the quality quarter Urbany and the corresponding equipment, an overall project has been developed in Landsberger Allee that has convinced Gewobag. From the original 720 apartments, Gewobag decided in December 2023 to double its commitment in the quarter. The purchase agreement was concluded in December 2022. The foundation stone is to be laid as early as January 2023.
