Information Event Hennigsdorferstraße / Heiligensee
As the owner and project developer, we, ZS/Gewobag Projektentwicklung Heiligensee GmbH, are repurposing the former industrial area of Tetra Pak GmbH and Semper Idem Underberg AG. On the approximately 80-hectare site, we are developing a new residential quarter that combines living, local commerce, a daycare center, and nature.
As part of the development plan procedure 12-70 VE, an early public participation will take place from June 10 to July 5, 2024.
Even in this early planning phase, it is important for us to inform you as direct or indirect residents about our new construction project, alongside the public participation described above. We cordially invite you to our information evening, where we will present the project’s history and the current planning status, and afterwards, we will be available for questions regarding the planned new residential quarter:
