Gewobag Acquires 1,418 Apartments from ZS:

With the high-quality Urban Quarter Urbany and its corresponding amenities, a comprehensive project has been developed on Landsberger Allee that has convinced Gewobag. Originally planned for 720 apartments, Gewobag decided in December 2023 to double its commitment in the quarter. The purchase contract was signed in December 2022. The groundbreaking is scheduled to take place in January 2023.
