Topping-out Ceremony for Townhouses at Gustav-Adolf-Straße 88

The topping-out ceremony for the six townhouses at Gustav-Adolf-Straße 88 has now been celebrated. The construction project by ZS Beteiligungs GmbH is on schedule, as reported by Managing Director Zsolt Farkas.

The project is primarily aimed at young families and stands out for its modern architecture. “We are pleased to create an offering here that will provide a home for young families with two or more children. Houses are being built where grandparents or other guests can also stay for extended periods,” explains Zsolt Farkas. “The houses offer generous room concepts and ceiling heights of 3.10 meters, which also ensure retreat possibilities for individual family members.”

Three of the six houses have already been allocated by the topping-out ceremony.
